Hi! I'm Annu.

(she/her)

Annu brings with her a long career in community mental health. She established her private practice in 2016 and since then it has grown to include two other associates providing individual as well as group therapy.

Annu is passionate and intentional about helping clients experience transformation in their lives.  She has seen a need for an effective form of therapy that provides an option for relief from feeling stuck and ineffective in life while experiencing complicated emotions to not feeling anything at all.

Confidentiality, compassion and non-judgement are cornerstones of Annu's practice.

Special interests include people, trauma, and cultural issues.

Annu is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC-ACS) with the BCACC and a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the British Columbia College of Social Workers.

While Annu draws from her natural leaning of warm compassion, her aim will align with yours, to deepen while also offering insight and structure.

Annu has engaged extensively in both individual and group supervision and has a commitment to her own personal work in order to deepen her practice. Annu believes in a collaborative process that increases the capacity to look at our own clinical work with clients. The use of self in the counseling room is central to this process.

Annu is looking forward to the opportunity to come alongside other clinicians as they continue to develop and sharpen their practice skills in working with their clients.
